HANDGUN FUNDAMENTALS

  • A reliable pistol 

  • Iron sights and/or red dot site

  • 100+ rounds of ammunition

  • Two working magazines

  • Ear and eye protection

  • An open mind

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

  • Food, snacks, water

  • Clothing suitable for outdoor activities

  • No open toe shoes

  • A brimmed cap

DYNAMIC PISTOL

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

  • A reliable pistol

  • Proper belt and holster

      (holster should maintain it's shape, no serpa holsters)

  • 2+ magazines (required)

  • Magazine pouch

  • 300+ Rounds of ammunition 

  • Ear and eye protection (required)

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

  • Food, snacks, water

  • Clothing suitable for outdoor activities

  • No open toe shoes

  • A brimmed cap

  • Cleaning kit, tools

  • An open mind

RIFLE FUNDAMENTALS

​

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

  • A reliable carbine or battle rifle

  • Iron sights and/or red dot

  • Rifle sling

  • 200+ rounds of ammunition

  • 2+ working carbine magazines

  • Ear and eye protection

  • Magazine pouches

  • An open mind

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

  • Any tools for any accessories you put on your rifle

  • Food, snacks, water

  • Clothing suitable for outdoor activities

  • No open toe shoes

  • A brimmed cap

DYNAMIC RIFLE

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

  • A reliable carbine or battle rifle 

  • Rifle sling

  • A secondary weapon (handgun)

  • 400 rounds of carbine ammunition

  • 100 rounds of handgun ammunition

  • Proper belt/holster and magazine pouches

  • 3+ rifle magazines/2+ handgun magazines

  • Eye and ear protection

  • An open mind

  • Clothing suitable for outdoor activities

  • Tools (if needed)

License to Carry(LTC)

​

Texas LTC Training Course Includes:

​

  • 4- hour classroom instruction 

  • Range Qualification and Range Fee

  • B-27 Target

  • Certificate of Completion (Form LTC-100)

​

Tuition Does Not Include:

  • Fingerprints; Follow the instructions at the end of the application process for the fingerprint process

  • Passport Photos (no longer required if you request on your application that your current Texas drivers’ license photo be used)

  • Ammunition (50 Rounds Minimum)

  • State of Texas LTC Application Fees
